Brandi McKenzie has a Masters degree in English, teacher certification for secondary education, and a undergraduate degree in English (B.A.). She is married to her high school sweetheart, a retired Air Force Officer, and they have three children, two of whom are currently homeschooled.
After teaching college writing for several years, Brandi spent time as the coordinator for a Masters Program for teachers, and later, as a curriculum writer for an education company. She served as the Director of Children’s Ministries at a local church and taught a private school during her family’s time living in Virginia Beach.

Brandi loves to teach children of all ages and is happiest hanging out with her husband and kids.
