Ryan Spinello has been homeschooled in the Springfield, VA area his entire life. He is a second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.  He has played basketball for nine years. Also, he has participated in summer swim for six years and coached for 3 of those years. Ryan started his own training journey 5 years ago and has been training himself for the last 3 years. About 2 years ago, Ryan started training friends and family and has had the privilege of training over 20 people since then.  Currently he is taking classes at NOVA towards his personal training certificate.
